Dear Parents/Guardians,
Please be advised that your child’s campus will be utilized as a polling location for Early Voting from April 20 through April 28, as well as on Election Day, May 2. Voting will take place daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
During these dates, the voting area will be located in designated areas of the campus to allow community members and parents to cast their ballots. As a result, parents and visitors should expect an increase in both pedestrian traffic and vehicle traffic on the campus throughout the voting period.
The safety and security of our students and staff will remain our top priority. The campus will continue to follow all established safety procedures, and our police staff will be onsite during the school day.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as our schools support our community by serving as voting locations. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s campus administration.

Se les informa cordialmente, que la escuela de su hijo(a) será utilizada como centro de votación anticipada del 20 al 28 de abril, así como el Día de la Elección, el 2 de mayo. Dicha votación se llevará a cabo diariamente a partir de las 7:00 a.m. a las 7:00 p.m.
Durante estas fechas, el área de votación estará ubicada en zonas designadas por la escuela para permitir que los miembros de la comunidad y los padres de familia emitan su voto. Como resultado de este acontecimiento, habrá un incremento en el tráfico peatonal como vehicular dentro del area de la escuela durante todo el período de votación.
La seguridad y protección de nuestros estudiantes y personal sigue siendo nuestra máxima prioridad. La escuela continuará siguiendo todos los protocolos de seguridad establecidos, así como nuestro personal de seguridad permanecerá presente durante el horario escolar.
